Take the Durham Freeway South (Highway 147) to the Cornwallis Road Exit.
Turn right onto East Cornwallis Road.
Proceed through the first light and continue for approximately 0.2 miles – the entrance to MCNC is on the right side. (If you reach the next traffic light at the intersection of East Cornwallis Rd. and T. W. Alexander Dr., you have just passed MCNC.)
Turn right immediately upon entering MCNC’s campus. Continue bearing right to arrive at the front entrance of Building 3. Look for the flags by the main entrance. Visitor parking is in the circle in front of the building. If the front visitor parking is full, you are welcome to park in any other lot. Upon arrival to Building 3 use the keypad near the door and the receptionist will buzz you in.
Take I-40 East, toward Raleigh.
Take the Durham Freeway North (Highway 147), the sign reads “Exit #279B, 147 North, Durham.”
Take the next exit #6 (to the right) marked “Research Triangle Park, Cornwallis Road.”
Turn right onto East Cornwallis Road.

Visitors are required to sign in with the receptionist at the front entrance of Building #3 upon arrival. Use the keypad near the door and you will be buzzed in. A visitor’s badge must be worn and prominently displayed at all times.
All deliveries will be accepted at the Building 3 loading dock at the rear of the building. Follow the property signage to Building 3 deliveries.
